Location
Staff were very rude. Asked for extra towels and was told there were none to give out. Asked for wireless code and felt as if I was bothering staff. Staff even swore at us when we locked key in room accidentally. Not a friendly or welcoming place.

The location is terrible, in the middle of koreatown. Dangerous to walk around. The staff was horrible, they could barely speak English!

Small, even no lobby. You need to press the bell for front desk service. Expensive, compared with other same-level inn.

The presence of a microwave and the coffee, that's free like water and cappuccino, even if the breakfast wasn't included.
The hotel was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

I was a little woried about the hotel after the reviews I found but after staying for 10 days I think I can talk about the friendly staff and very good design of the room, much better than other priciest choices. It is also very good located. I was able to walk to the convention center or by bus wich I took just around the corner, I was even able to go to venice beach taking just 2 buses. It doesn't offer breakfast but you can find it a couple of blocks away. The hotel has a very restricted parking but they helped me find a spot every time it was full ( the days I rented a car). Don't spect a large pool or restaurant but you will enjoy a very modern and nicely decorated room with a refrigerator, microwave, desk, large tv and always clean.
I think they could have more channels or maybe an apple tv (since almost everyone has an ipad or iphone) and maybe some candy and soda machines. They do have a coffe one.

Staple Center Inn was clean with new furniture and its staff was also very kind, no worries about parking. It was very close to the Staples Centre and one of the Metro lines to Hollywood, Union Station and Sightseeing tours Terminal. Very close to several fast food. 24Hr self service coffee station was great!
The towels need replacement.

I liked the spacious rooms. They dont have carpet if anyone is wondering. You can also plug in your gaming systems into their tv's since they dont have anything set up to lock you out. The beds were some of the most comfortable i have slept on in a hotel. The rooms were pretty clean.
The rooms were very clean, except their was a hair on the sheets when i first went into the room, but it happens. The only downside to this hotel is they only have like 3 parking spaces and when we arrived they said we couldn't park in them even though they were open. Parking on the street near the hotel is nearly impossible since they were full or had expensive meter parking.

It was close from the LA Convention Center which worked for us. The hotel is an exelent option if you have to be near that area. The rooms are new renovated, fully equiped.
No safes in the rooms only thing I would add.

They have the best self-serve coffee brewer in the lobby of any I have had. There is a wide variety coffee drinks. It's a small serving, maybe 6 oz., But freshly ground coffee with press-brew. It is excellent coffee!

Very friendly staff and very clean facilities! Easy walk to the Staples Center and no worries about parking.
The walls were a bit thin so if the neighboors were noisy you could hear them.

We arrived early and the person attending to us let us put our stuff in a room until our room was ready for us that day
On our last day, we asked if we could leave our bags on storage until we were done, they said we could not since they did not have any storage rooms. I was surprised since most hotels all over the world will have storage for the convenience of their guests. I was dissapointed since my children and I had to carried our bags all over the city.
