I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money I received. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the location in the heart of the city. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The staff took care of every little thing, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities were all provided, and the rooms were always kept super clean. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. It provided the perfect start to my day, with a variety of options to choose from.
I found that everything at this hotel was just fine.

Location
Staff were very rude. Asked for extra towels and was told there were none to give out. Asked for wireless code and felt as if I was bothering staff. Staff even swore at us when we locked key in room accidentally. Not a friendly or welcoming place.

My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Metropolitan Inn & Suites. We were on a budget and wanted something close to the Staples Center, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished, and the beds felt comfortable and newer. Despite the hotel's location near downtown, we found it convenient as it was near restaurants and the fashion district. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Small, even no lobby. You need to press the bell for front desk service. Expensive, compared with other same-level inn.

The location is terrible, in the middle of koreatown. Dangerous to walk around. The staff was horrible, they could barely speak English!

I had a great stay at a hotel that was conveniently located just a short distance from the bus station. Although it was a bit far from the convention center, the location was the perfect place to catch a quick bite at the nearby Thai restaurant, Unique Thai, or grab some breakfast at the nearby McDonald's. The recently renovated rooms were pleasantly clean and spacious, which included a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.
The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and attentive.

I was a little woried about the hotel after the reviews I found but after staying for 10 days I think I can talk about the friendly staff and very good design of the room, much better than other priciest choices. It is also very good located. I was able to walk to the convention center or by bus wich I took just around the corner, I was even able to go to venice beach taking just 2 buses. It doesn't offer breakfast but you can find it a couple of blocks away. The hotel has a very restricted parking but they helped me find a spot every time it was full ( the days I rented a car). Don't spect a large pool or restaurant but you will enjoy a very modern and nicely decorated room with a refrigerator, microwave, desk, large tv and always clean.
I think they could have more channels or maybe an apple tv (since almost everyone has an ipad or iphone) and maybe some candy and soda machines. They do have a coffe one.

The presence of a microwave and the coffee, that's free like water and cappuccino, even if the breakfast wasn't included.
The hotel was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was in the heart of the city and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Another great aspect was the spacious and clean rooms. The hotel offered free coffee in the lobby which was great for taking a quick break.
We had a bit of trouble with the limited parking options at the hotel and could have used a bit more assistance from the staff in regards to parking and information about the area. We also felt a bit uneasy with the security of the hotel as the front doors were often left open and there was not always someone at the reception desk.

Staple Center Inn was clean with new furniture and its staff was also very kind, no worries about parking. It was very close to the Staples Centre and one of the Metro lines to Hollywood, Union Station and Sightseeing tours Terminal. Very close to several fast food. 24Hr self service coffee station was great!
The towels need replacement.

I liked the spacious rooms. They dont have carpet if anyone is wondering. You can also plug in your gaming systems into their tv's since they dont have anything set up to lock you out. The beds were some of the most comfortable i have slept on in a hotel. The rooms were pretty clean.
The rooms were very clean, except their was a hair on the sheets when i first went into the room, but it happens. The only downside to this hotel is they only have like 3 parking spaces and when we arrived they said we couldn't park in them even though they were open. Parking on the street near the hotel is nearly impossible since they were full or had expensive meter parking.

The cost of this hotel was incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to other options in the area. The value for money is truly unbeatable. The rooms were modern, with a clean and accommodating atmosphere. The hotel pays attention to detail, making sure that rooms are kept super clean and comfortable for guests. Additionally, the hotel's location near downtown and its proximity to great attractions make it a convenient choice for travelers.
All was satisfactory and met my expectations.
